I have been in my house 10 years. Never painted. I want to sell. Kitchen walls and the like were in good shape, but for some wallpapering. Removal of wallpaper and priming went well. Painted with an off white paint - but it is Flat paint. I thought I did good until I spoke with my real estate agent. Did I make a mistake or will a new owner probably repaint anyway? Thoughts, please...

I would not worry to much about as you see alot of kitchens painted with flat paint and the main thing people look for in a house is it clean. Something with a sheen is better for cleaning and washing but i wonder how many people do that today anyway.
Happy selling.
