I have nice old red pine flooring that has some pretty large cracks between the boards. Is there any to fill them that will last and look nice?

you will need to decide if you wish to refinish or just fill the cracks, however your local flooring supply house will have somthing for you to improve the situation...good luck

If patti is refinishing she can use a commercially made filler or make her own wood dough out of the sanding dust and linseed oil to pack in before the final sanding, but if she just wants to hide the cracks, a good wax job with bucher's wax can fill them fairly well, and protect the wood too.
