I have installed the Home depots Edge tile Flooring with the grout suppied by Edge. Is there anything I can use to clean up the excess grout left behind. The edge wipes are just too expensive to keep using?

Please help ??

Greetings,

To cleanup the grout, just use a regular sponge, you can usually get cheap ones at ******* if you are concerned about price, however the regular yellow sponges that have some substance to them are usually best. I would never use the double sided sponge with the abrasive side on it...but that's just my opinion. Perhaps when you clean the grout up, you can alternate with a "wet" sponge and a "dry" sponge. The wet sponge should be slightly damp. The dry sponge...well..dry. Clean most of it up with the wet sponge, rinse and repeat if needed. Then follow-up with your dry sponge to clean up and remains that may still be on the tile. To take any hazing off...just use a clean dry towel...similar to the ones used to auto detailing...just make sure it has some texture to it.

Hope This Helps.

Kind Regards,

Ted
