Installed 5/8" bamboo wood flooring in a bedroom and LR/DR combo over concrete floor using urethane adhesive for bamboo flooring. Now about 2 months later I have one area in front of my entertainment center where the planks are bowing up and have separated from the glue. The floor was level and I left a 3/8" expansion gap around all edges. This is the only area this is happening at. I acclimated the flooring before installation and have no idea what could be causing this. Has anyone encountered this before or have any ideas. Really need to know what is going on before taking it up and laying more back down.

hard to tell what is causing it.
it could have been skimmed over adhesive that dried too much and didnt bond with the wood,
it could be you never got the wood into the adhesive to begin with and the forces of expansion and contraction on the wood is causing it to raise up
it could be moisture problem,
