the old asbestos tiles in my basement have all been removed, and I have plugged the floor holes with Drylock. Now I want to paint the floor with Drylock to "finish off" the floor so I can paint it. The basement will not have heavy foot traffic, so is it still ok to seal the floor with the Drylock, then paint it with a Kilz paint? Please help. Thanks!!!!!
