Double-paned Window Condensation

We have double-paned windows/sliding glass doors that have condensation between the panes. Is this "fixable" or do we need to replace?

There is no repair for condensation inside of double pane windows that the homeowner can do. This is only one of the many problems that occurs with any sliding door or window. SORRY!!!
