Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced with your Grassology product. As the spokesman for Grassology, I strive to deliver the best products, high-quality customer service and unfailing quality assurance.
With the Grassology product you do not need to seed twice. Grassology grass seed needs to be spread at a concentration of 15-20 seeds per inch. You can uses a more concentrated application of 25-30 seeds per inch to out-compete weeds or for new construction but beware that excessive seeding creates too much competition between the seedlings, so resist the temptation to apply the seed heavily. Seeding at the correct rate encourages optimal growth. If you want to achieve a lawn that is close to 100% Grassology grass seed, it is recommended that you over-seed again the following season. Please follow the installation and maintenance instructions closely.
Grass goes dormant in winter months and our grass seed is not different that regular grass seed, it’s the ratio of seeds that makes it unique. You should follow the instructions on when to seed based on your geographical area.
There is a 60 day guarantee and you can order additional quantities on the website.
