** is there anything we can do to stop all this heat? **

Probably not.

A refrigerator moves heat from the air and food the inside of the cabinet to the outside of the cabinet where the room air takes it away. In the process, components of the refrigerator generate heat on their own. All that heat has to go somewhere, which is onto the room's air.

The condenser (beneath the fridge) being plugged would cause the fridge to work harder than normal to do its job and thus generate more working heat in the process (and also use more electricity). As long as it is clean now and the fridge is working properly, there is likely nothing that can be done to change the way it operates and the heat it gives off.

JFYI
