I am a Condo Assn. President and purchased 46 of these lights 6 mos. ago. Assuming that the defective lights were our problem after most of them stayed on 'immediately' I have spent time and money on trying to solve this issue. The boxes are gone and the installation has been paid for. Electrictians have been called out numerous times and after tons of research, this week I finally found your forum! How can they sell something that obviously has been defective since 2004??? SKU#240-336

Well Home Depot was very accomodating when they saw my 'research' on their defective sensors and exterior lights that we bought (thanks in part,to you who posted here!) They said they couldn't argue with my research.

They offered to 'refund our money' and to even 'discount' any new light we found...we found a comparable light for a comparable price.

The problem is....we are OUT the $1000 for installation and now have to pay it again...oh well. I think they should have stopped selling in 2003 when I discovered the problem started, but if it is not a problem for some...then they were fair in this case.
