We finished our install of the harvest bronze with rustic bark for border in March and it is already turning blotchy white. The second lot doesn't seam to be turning.
TT first response was it was normal weathering..... We are on the ocean but this is not right and if We'd known we would of selected anything else.
We sent back our unhappy reply and are waiting on there reaction.

Our deck is two years old and it's a mess. White spots all over. We paid over 10,000.00 for the deck and it was definitely a waste of money. We have harvest bronze. I contacted the company July 25. I haven't heard a word from them even after four phone calls. Customer Service stinks. Go with pavers!!!

My deck was installed in 2012 and gets almost no traffic. White spots appearing all over. After reading this blog I realized it cannot be corrected. Will contact lumbar this week to determine if they stand behind this product. Very aggravated.

TT warrantied my entire deck for the discoloration with a courtesy reimbursement for labor. The new material is only textured on a single side. Now the fun to replace the boards. I'm disappointed with the discoloration but presently surprised with TT's customer service and response to the issue.
