We had our deck installed Jan. 2009. Noticed some whitish areas by the end of the year but thought it would wash off. Now almost the entire deck has a white film and several areas are black. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the company. Seeing the various comments, I don't have much hope that the company will honor their warranty. The material definitely doesn't live up to it's claims. I went with the contractor's recommendation and now regret not putting in redwood. I'm all for a class action suit.
