Does anyone have experience with paints designed to encapsulate old lead paint, such as childguard. How does it compare to normal paint? Can it provide a nice hard surface for a window sill, like the old oil paint it would be covering? How is it in terms of texture/firmness, durability, washability, mildew resistance, etc. Any particular brand recommended?

Thanks for your thoughts
