Does anyone have experience with paints designed to encapsulate old lead paint, such as childguard. How does it compare to normal paint? Can it provide a nice hard surface for a window sill, like the old oil paint it would be covering? How is it in terms of texture/firmness, durability, washability, mildew resistance, etc. Any particular brand recommended?

Thanks for your thoughts

I found this really cool product LEAD STOP from DUMOND CHEMICALS. It really worked well to encapsulate the old cracking lead based paints that were in my home. I highly recomend it .

I purchased it from www.PaintRemover.com . The larger size was on sale plus when i used the promo code BIGSALE i got an extra 10% discount. They shipped real quick.
