I heard that some rugs have pestisides in them. I'm very worried because I purchased one from Costco on-line a few years ago and have a 8 month old baby. The rug is wool. It smells bad, but how would I know if it's a harmful odor? Is there a person I should call that specializes in this type of thing?

there may be a local lab that can test it for you.

here is a web search on it that may help you.

There are two ways to do any job. The right way and the wrong way. Do it right everytime.
