Noticed a couple of shower tiles were making "squishy" sound when stepped on. Started removing grout with Grout Removal Tool, let tiles sit for a couple of days to "hopefully" dry out. After a couple of days went to step on tiles, to see if the "squishy" sound was still present, at this point I noticed the "squishy" sound was not happening but now I am noticing about 4 of the tiles have small, random hairline cracks on them. What is your advice, I appreciate any assistance I can get.
