I have a parking apron built 35 years ago. It`s constucted of what I`d call like a log cabin (2 walls) 8' high at the highest point,33'long one wall, 8' long the other like a "L" & junk cement pieces of varying shapes (most around 80 lbs.)whith 6-10" of top soil. There was a week of rain which caused the telephone poles to shift at the footing & lean, causing the fill to shift. My idea is to remove the soil,pressure wash the filler, stabilize the "log Cabin walls" & add plywood forms, maybe add some PVC pipes for drainage.After the concreate sets, just get rid of the phone poles. Since my insurance co. doesn`t cover "other stuctures" or "Flood" insurance, I`m trying to get by as cheap as possible.
Can it work?? Any ideas/improvements??

From your description it sounds like you have a substantial load on these retaining walls, both from the fill behind the walls and the vehicles parked on top. It also sounds like the walls and fill weren't designed and constructed under carefully supervised conditions. Replacement of this wall really should be done by a pro, as it should be designed to either as a geogrid reinforced masonry unit wall (like a Versalock or Keystone wall) or a steel reinforced poured in place concrete wall. Either way, unless you have access to the excavating equipment, materials, and (if concrete) the appropriate formwork, steel rebar, and concrete, and construction experience in this area, you might be biting off more than you can chew. Simply 'stabilizing' the existing logs (and I'm not sure what you mean by 'stabilize') and pouring concrete without reinforcing both inside the forms and outside the existing wall to hold it in place until the concrete sets up, may be just throwing good money in a hole in the ground that will crack and fail sooner than later.
