I am remodeling a bathroom. Due to size and lighting constraints I removed a bathtub and I want to put in a fiberglas shower. I want to put in a partial wall about 18 short of the ceiling so I don't have to add another light fixture. How can I prevent the top from wobbling.

You need to check the drain/vent and possibly re-plumb the drain to 2" min. for a shower.....

a tub is allowed on a 1 1/2" drain line

"...measure once.....cut twice....throw that one away and cut a new one...."

plumbing is done. My only concern is stabilizing a 3/4 wall. I removed all the old galvanized drain and vent lines and ran new 2 inch ABS drain and vent. It tested out perfectly. Then I had a master plumber double check it. Thanks.
