We received one as a gift and love it. Now the heater stays lit for about 3 minutes then clicks off, and it doesn't have any repair contact information on the labels. Any suggestions on what to do or who to call? (Yes, it has gas in it!)

We have been having the same problem with ours for quite a while, but it varies how long it stays lit. Tonight we tried to light it and my husband says there's now a problem with the knob, too, so he can barely even get it to fully light. Did you find out what the problem was with yours? Were they helpful?

Need parts for a sunjoy tall patio heater. Everything works but the ignition flame is no longer small blue but about 2 inches long and yellow flame. Looks like it needs a new igniter wire the carries the propane to the igniter. It still works but the flame seems to high. Likely the little pin hole is too big now after I cleaned it out with a pin. Is it possible to still get parts for it? Made by Sunjoy Industries

I have a Sunjoy patio heater model #PH018PSS. The manual does not show the detail of the "engine". Also, I need the ignition button, as the one I have broke. The manufacturer said it was discontinued 11 years ago, and they no longer carry all of the replacement parts. They sent me a detail of the wrong "engine".
Any advice / help?
