I have a bulb out in my track lighting but cannot get the bulb to come out. It seems like you should just be able to pull it out but the light cover is too close to the light and I cannot get around the bulb to pull it out. Please help!!
These can be tricky.
First remove the track light so that you can better hold the light.
Some times the bulbs break so use a glove and then a "grippy pad" that are sometimes used to open jar lids.
Sometimes there is a plastic trim ring or cone that you can work out around the bulb. If so that will give you room to get your fingers around the edge of the bulb.
And since you can't grab around the side of the bulb you need gripy pad and press on the face of the bulb slow try lossing it then reverse to the tighten side, but don't really tighten it.
Keep repeating that it will often get the bulb loose.
As a last option break the bulb and use pliers to get the base out.
