I have an 1925 house in Fort Myers Florida. Water undermined the foundation of the front porch. Over the course of years goine by, one side of the porch has slide down about 2 inches. The columns holding the porch/roof have cracks and has separated from the roof. Looking in-between the porch and the bricks with a flash light I can see water has removed about a foot and a half of sand/dirt under half of the porch area. Can you give me some tips on the best way to fix my problem. I have pictures.

Home Foundation repair can be very expensive. I think you should take the help of some experienced structural engineer, he will analyze the condition and determine is it a normal settling or some structural damage.
