Greetings All,

This is my first post, although I've been browsing around for a while now. Anyway, I've got a Lennox Pulse 21 furnace that's acting up again. In March, I replaced the control unit because the furnace wouldn't fire up. That fixed the problem. NOW, it's not providing heat, again. The problem seems to be different, though. This time, I can hear the spark plug sparking, but it's almost as if there isn't any gas going in to ignite. I removed the top spark plug and lightly sanded the tip (there a a little bit of "soot" but not a whole lot of it) and reinstalled it. No change. I tried removing the lower spark plug to do the same, but I can't get a socket or a wrench in there. I'm convinced that the problem is NOT the control unit, as it is still nearly brand new and I didn't have any problems with the cooling over the summer months.

Does anyone have any ideas and/or suggestions on how to fix/troubleshoot this problem? I'm afraid that I might have to call a furnace repair shop tomorrow, if it gets too cold tonight (supposed to get down to the mid- to low-thirties).

Thank you in advance for ANY advise you can give.
