I am wondering if there is a way to adjust the flow of water through each baseboard heater? The amount of heat coming out of each element is considerably different. One room is very cold unless the heat is increased to 72 degrees. The rest of the house is boiling hot at 72 degrees. The psi is set at 20. I see there is an adjustment screw at the start of the water pipe going into each baseboard. What is this screw for? Thanks for your help.
