This 45+ yr old house needs a complete rewire from entrance to outlets. The wiring questions I'll save for another post.
The new entrance will require a new outside shutoff, meter box, and periscope with associated conduits.
The new location will require about 16' of 2/0 cable from top of periscope to meter. Are there any code issues with this length?
Fishing 3x 2/0 cables through conduit won't be much fun. Any suggestions? Must I use outdoor rigid conduit or can I get away with the heavy PVC variety?
Thanks.

These basic questions lead me to beleive that this job should not be done by you. It is a life safety issue. Call a professional licensed and insured electrician.
