My home is approx 35 yrs old with original wooden cabinets. Eventually I would like to replace them but for the time being I would like to redo them myself as inexpensively as possible. The problem is that there are several layers of paint on the cabinets at it's uneven and chipping in spots. We tried sanding it but because the paint is so thick it started to peel. I was thinking of removing the old paint and then repainting them. What would be the best way to remove the old paint? I've read about users paint strippers but am concerned about the mess and how long it will take.

The easiest and safest way to do your project would be to use the PEEL AWAY 7 product. It is safe and will do the removal in one application keeping the natural color of the wood. Visit the web site at www.peelaway.com for more info
