This home had a history of a water leak but got a new roof. This is the home I bought and a couple of months later mold appeared on walls. Now every other day I clean the walls from mold residue. I would like to know what I can do to fix my situation and what type of people do this job.

You probably need a home inspector or an honest contractor to find the source of the problem. Not possible for even 'experts' on line to see all the little diagnostic signs.

If you live in a cold climate and you have mold appearing on the walls in winter you have two problems:

-too high interior humidity
-not enough (if any) wall insulation

Only by lowering the humidity and by insulating the walls will you solve the problem.

Is this just one wall with water damage that has the mold?
Is it the whole house?

You are probably going to have to remove the drywall where you have the problem. The insulation might have mold damage also. The wall studs probaly have mold that need to be treaded with a solution of bleach and water. You might want to check plumbing in that area to make sure you do not have a leak.

Do not do any work yourself without a mask.
