We had new roofing, gutters and siding done last year and are now experiencing water problems in the house. Some window sills are loose and appear to be rotting along one side of the house. The paint is now bubbling on another wall and there are water stains all along the garage wall. We do not know if it is the siding or gutters. The roofing/siding company gave lots of excuses but no solutions. I have attached a picture of the gutters that make me wonder if this is part of the problem.

Leaks are why the Lord created expert witnesses and lawyers and insurance adjusters

Before I become a master plumber my background was roofing over 50 years ago and when my family did a roof it had a guarantee of 30 years

Today very few people ask to see a license and certificate of insurance as the license protect the consumer not the license holder.
