I just wanted to know the best way to remove chaulking? Is there something to wipe it with that would make it easier to remove or just use the old razor blade method?

Chauling on paint can be removed with a scrub down with TSP and rinse.
chaulking on masonry can be removed with a weak acid scrub and rinse
but i suspect somebody meant to say caulking, the sealant that is sqeezed out of a tube. Whether and how to remove it will depend on where it is, what kind it is, and why it needs to be removed.
