I replaced my electric hot water heater and now have air spurting out of the hot water lines continuously. It has been over 4 months, more than enough time to purge the lines I would think. Any suggestions?

I don't have an answer but would like to ask a couple of questions. Please verify the following;
Your cold water works OK.
You do have hot water, it just has air in it and this happens at ALL faucets and shower heads.
Your water usage and electricity usage haven't gone up noticeably.

Also, water usage and electricity are the same.
