I wouldn't invite everyone over at once.It would be appropriate to mention to each contractor that you are receiving estimates.It is possible to schedule them at different times but so long as you're honest with them before they show up you should be alright.I prefer a one on one for a number of reasons,and you probably will get better responses from each individual if there isn't an audience.
