The house I bought a year ago has a recessed skylight which has developed a drip (actually 2). Water doesn't seem to be running down the wall, but drips from the bottom of the cut-out. I went up on the roof & caulked around the window and again around the glass. Any other suggestions??

Check the inside of roof around the skylights. If you don't have adaquate ventilation condensate can form on the inside of the roof and freeze. When the sun warms the roof it will then melt and begin to leak around the skylight "boxes", through the plaster and into the room.
Hope this helps
