We just bought a newly constructed home. In the master bath it has a 3 x 5 fiberglass shower stall. We are not happy with this at all. It is not really wide enough and my husband's head is above the shower doors. What can we possibly do to improve this situation. We had asked the builder if we could change this but they said it was too late since it was all ready set. Anything we could do at this point other than having someone come out and totally redo the entire shower? Could be expand it out some how? Could we expand the doors to be higher? COuld we tile over it? Any suggestions?? Please help??

Can u frame the wall out toward's you? If it's ceramic tile and u have the room, add to the existing wet bed. This way you don't have to move the drain line. 12" would make a big difference. Good luck to you, Tom
