We just completed the seams on our drywall and we thought our tape was sanded and smooth. When the paint went on, the seams did not show. When it dried however, the seams were completely visible and horrid.
Can we just sand them again or do we need to tear out the paper and the mud? Please help!
thanks!

Yes, you can sand, but why didnt you catch it in the priming stage, before you painted?
Hopefully you primed,UH...OH....??
You dont need to tear the tape off,may need to put another coat of mud on and sand again though. How many coats of mud have you currently got on it?
