This thing is a menagerie. A real Frankenstein job.

What surprising is that the foundation isnt cracked.

It looks like it was added onto over the years.

one part is an addition which is a slab that has blocks built on top of it.

Only thing is with that extension i can see the the dirt under the slab. slab only seems to be 6-7 inches and some animal dug a hole undermining it.

I was wondering if that's ok to have a slab with blocks as a foundation and it's not below the frost line.

That sounds unstable. A 6 inch slab with concrete blocks on top? Yikes! It's possible it was a do-it-yourself job that didn't even include proper footings. I'd have it looked at by a pro.
