I have a Rainsoft watersoftener and have been having some complications with the drainage during the regeneration cycle. When they installed the system they put a CPVC pipe down in the ground about 5 1/2 feet. Every time it regenerates it overflows and comes to the surface. This has killed my grass and I am wondering what options I have to correct this. The most obvious of course would be to have rainsoft come out and correct the problem. My only concern is that they will not fix it and I will have them coming out again.

Route the drainage pipe to a legal area (i.e., street drain, if legal) or connect it to your home's sewer line.
