I live in an apartment which has a hot water radiator system. The radiator in the bathroom is constantly warm, never seems to cool down. It is very nice since it leaves that room a constant temperature. The other radiators in the apartment cool down completely but heat up when needed. What is the correct way for these to work? The bathroom way or the other way? When they do come on it heats the apartment to about 85 then cool down. Is this correct? I have not been able to find much on the web about how these should work. I always come across the radiant floor heating systems. Thanks for the time!
