I have a place built in the mid 1920s. Most of the electrical has been updated and I have 100 Amp service. However, some of the outlets are still 2 pronged. Can I just replace the outlets or do I ned to run new wiring to each box?

The 2 prong receptacles are not on upgraded wirng. The first thing you need to do is determine if a ground is present in the box. Probably not.

If not present then you can install GFCI receptacles. One might be enough as it can protect other down stream receptacles.

You could replace the wiring and install normal receptacles.

If ground is present then you can just change them.
