How do I wire a ceiling fan and light with a 4-way circuit that both the fan and light are independent?
If you want to turn them on/off separately, you need 2 circuits for them.
And a 4-way circuit means that you have 3 separate places where you want a switch to turn these on or off. Is that really what you want?
If so, see http://www.do-it-yourself-help.com/4_way_switch_diagram.html for a fairly clear diagram.
Otherwise, tell us just what you want -- how many switch locations for this light/fan combo.
