Wanted to share our experience with RL's textured paint we struggled with past weekend. Desiring a different look we settled for "Desert Cactus" Suede finish for our Powder room…after hours of struggle / discussion, my wife, my brother in-law, and I couldn't get rid of unwanted roller marks...It was frustrating to see this expensive paint NOT perform as expected!?

Wish we had seen these postings earlier...In future, I might by clothing from RL, but the paint will have to come from somewhere else!!

Katiyar.........did you read the directions? Go to the website to watch a video on how to apply Suede? Call 1-800-379-POLO to get some help? Did you use the Suede and River Rock Roller?

I don't think so - properly applied you will not have roller marks in RL Suede - the second coat ( Suede and River Rock are two coat products) is brushed in a random X pattern - covering any roller marks that may be there from the first rolled coat.

No offense - but don't bash the product...there is nothing wrong with it that reading, watching, and practice won't fix!
