I recently attempted to install 3/4 inch engineered hardwood floors in my home. We chose to float the floorst on top of our existing OSB subfloor, and glue the planks together. We used the Tite Bond III PVAC glue to fix the planks to eath other. Whern we finished the project, everything looked ok, however when we got up the next morning there were several planks with gaps between them. I have tried "nudging the planks back together but it seems that the glue bond is too strong and resist any adjustments we try to make. Is there a way to loosen the glue bonds and make the appropriate adjustments so that our floor is gap free? Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Casey.
