Over the winter my steel siding started to peel in sheets of at least 1 foot to 4 foot long depending on how far I pull it, it is in only a section altogether about 12 foot long and only about 8 sheets wide each sheet being 4 inches wide. I need to get it all off so I can put a coat of primer then paint on it. I have tried power washer, soft brush and a steel wire brush it will take a long time the way I am doing it any Ideas?

Not a siding expert, but have done much painting.

Either you remove all the paint in the way you're doing it, or take a chance by feathering the paint out smooth with something course enough to do that, but mild enough not to scatch and pit the metal.

By the way, it sounds to me like something "went wrong" at the factory when they painted/coated that stuff.

I was talking to my Insurance man today and he said no proplem they will cover it only on the back side so I think I will have professional painters come in and do it right. Thanks for the reply

I have a lot less pain when walking, I have a painful bunion and plantar fasciitis, and these sneakers have made a significant difference in reducing that pain. and these shoes are comfortable! My feet may need a specialist, but I am happy with this purchase. I wear these to walk the dogs, exercise, or anytime nights and weekends. They look great and feel even better.

Have purchased two pair of orthofeet for myself, and they do help tremendously with my PF(plantar Fasciitis). My wife was complaining about her PF, so I suggested getting her a pair of plantar Fasciitis. She didn't want to spend $130 on a pair of orthofeet shoes, but I did it anyway. Now she wears them every day in the garden! Holding up pretty well for the abuse they get too! She won't admit it, but I think she really likes the Quantum's and they do help with the PF.
