My goodman outdoor a/c heat unit was working fine unit the temp outside hit 29 degrees then I heard a wierd noise and it was only blowing cold. Now that the temp is about 32 degrees like now it is blowing hot again. I would like to know an opinion as to why it would do this and how to repair any problem on the unit so it works all the time.
Should the fan on outside unit be spinning when the heat is on? A little help please I am disabled and the cold hurts.
