My goodman outdoor a/c heat unit was working fine unit the temp outside hit 29 degrees then I heard a wierd noise and it was only blowing cold. Now that the temp is about 32 degrees like now it is blowing hot again. I would like to know an opinion as to why it would do this and how to repair any problem on the unit so it works all the time.
Should the fan on outside unit be spinning when the heat is on? A little help please I am disabled and the cold hurts.

I would call whoever put the system in for you. You may have a fluke going on there.

Have you managed to solve the problem? My radiators were installed about a year ago and they started showing the same symptoms, so I would love to know how you managed to resolve the issue.
