My husband and I are planning on insulating our concrete 8' basement. We are going to be insulating the walls with TrueWall foam insulation. We also plan on down the road installing a floating floor. Recently we have been told that we should install the floor before the wall insulation, is there any truth to this? Or does it really matter which we do first?
