Our Kitchenaid KUDU03FTSS has problems with its door latch. Previously, it was really hard to close - but now it's even worse--

The top part (which sticks out from d/w) is kind of flimsy. If it's bent down too far, it runs into back of d/w door. if I bend it up a little, the door just pops open after a short period of time (less than a minute, usually)
