We are getting ready to build a cape cod home and went threw a builder that takes care of almost everything. The problem is that we wanted a door in our basement to enter from outside. The builder says that we cant have one because the way the land lays. The other reason is we have two wells and they are right behind our house so we cant dig the back side out. and in the front on the house is a celler/storage area that runs under the front porch. i was hoping some one out there had the same problem or knows of another way.
