I am in dire straits, I have no idea where to go or where to begin. I have a natural gas heater in my bathroom that my cat has repeatedly marked (urinated) on. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until this winter. So the chrome grill has been mottled by the urine and the heater itself gives off a horriffic smell that is enough to gag even the strongest stomach. It even set my smoke alarm off. I can't replace it, as it is 40 years old and much, much, smaller than the heaters available today. It still works very well, I just need to find someway to clean it, and I need to find someone to sandblast the grill and rechrome it.

Does anyone have any idea what type of vendor I would call to help me with this?

I am at a total loss. Thank you. Lisa

Thank you so much for your response. But as I stated, I already checked into replacing it and I would have to destroy tile and make the much bigger in my bathroom. That isn't an option. So do you have any ideas on what type of vendor I would contact to help me clean this?

Thanks again for your ideas.
