Searching for discontinued ceramic tile

I have no idea what the company is, but it was made in the USA. The cat number is UAC5, series: Rock, color: Iowa (16), UPC 7370401221 8. The place where we bought it says it's not available anywhere, but we hoped there might be a couple boxes sitting in a warehouse or garage somewhere. Thanks for looking!
