We have discovered during rain storms that our Solatube is leaking. The wood around the tube becomes very wet and the rain runs down the roof and comes in around our windows. My husband has gone up into the attic during a rain and could see that the leak was around the Solatube.
We recently had a new roof put on and our chimney replaced.
So that is not the problem.
What is needed and how is this kind of leak fixed. Do the shingles need to come off around the tube and resealed??
Thank you Kathleen Leone
