I have to replace my front door with 2 sidelights and found one locally. I bought it and realized the threshold is wrong. The door is set up to open inward and I need it to open outward the other direction. Can I change the threshold and reverse the door to make it correct?

Probably not, depending on your situation and, if you did, it would be pretty difficult and might not turn out the way you want it too. Sorry!

Yes. I did my exterior door to garage. You just have to chisel out the new spaces for the hinge plates and then fill in and sand the old ones. I already did mine. It looks great and you would never know it opened in before. The issue I am having is that the floor is tiled so I am looking for a double wide threshold to fill the gap. If not I will do a mosaic with some tile to cover the new empty space.
