I live in an old home (built in 1920). About 2 months ago my water pressure started fluctuating. It goes from strong to week about every second everywhere in the house. I'm on a municipal water system, so I thought it was a problem with that at first. The city changed the meter and it had no effect. Any suggestions?

Measure the pressure (At a hose bibb, water heater drain and cold side of washing machine)

Do you have a pressure reducing valve?
