I have a new home under construction. Roofing is complete and drywall and textured ceiling has been done. I found two areas where rain water entered the house and soaked through some drywall and textured ceiling. Hoe can I tell if there is enough damage to insist that my builder replace the dryall in these areas?

On a NEW home..........Insist an a through inspection and report WHY the roof leaked and What was done to repair.......you don't want future problems from shoody fixes......

If the dry wall has expanded/bulged.......the texture loosened.......or if mold has formed ......INSIST on replacement........AND HOW about the wet insulation?
