I want to add a 3/4 bathroom to my basement. It is a newer home 6 yrs old. I see where the plumbing is coming down from the upper floors. There is no rough in in the basement. How hard/expensive is it to add the necessary plumbing? I realize that you must cut the concrete to do this. Can anyone point me to a source that explains this process.
I direct people to ********** or *****. They have a library of books you can purchase on home plumbing remodeling. I personally like the Black and Decker book on Bathrooms and Kitchens. It pretty much explains everything you need. You can also pay a professional plumber to lay it out for you for a small fee. Then he can inspect it when your done and tell you what you've done wrong or right.
